Quotes for Services

All costs quoted include 10% GST.

Payment

50% payment is required 14 days following acceptance of quote (unless otherwise advised on the invoice).

50% payment is required 14 days following service or delivery of product (unless otherwise advised on the invoice).

We offer discounts for bookings of the same program when it is delivered more than once.

The maximum enrolment per course will be dependent upon the course content and venue and will be specified at the time of the quote for service.

When provision of our services requires travel outside the Sydney metropolitan area, travel and accommodation costs will apply.

 

Courses/Seminars

Enrolment

Places are allocated in order of receipt of registration form. Where a place is unavailable on your nominated date, we will contact you to see if we can place you on a later course.

Should you be unable to attend a course, a substitute registration is welcome at no extra charge. If you need to substitute another staff member, you must let us know at least five (5 ) full working days before the course.

Payment

Course fees are payable in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise indicated.

You will be provided with a receipt upon payment of course fees.

Deferred payment arrangements are available for organisations when the booking is for all places in a course or when the course is tailored for the organisation. Deferred payments courses/seminars include a non-refundable 10% Deposit payable at the time of booking. Payment Options

Direct bank transfer

For courses booked directly with HE&LP we will provide you with banking details for course payment via electronic Direct Bank Transfer.

Please place your name in the ‘Account Description’ to identify origin of payment.

If we are unable to successfully process your payment by electronic Direct Bank Transfer we may cancel your order or application and we will endeavour to notify you.

We will provide you with an email tax receipt promptly after we receive and process your application or order which specifies the total fees and charges for the courses, products or services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Whilst every effort is made to run our programs as advertised, unforseen reasons may require us to cancel or postpone a course. In these circumstances a full refund may be made or you may be offered a place in a future course.

A refund your registration fee (minus $50 administration fee) will be made if you cancel five (5) full working days or more before the day of the course.

We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations fewer than five (5) full working days before day of the course.

Some courses are subject to non-refundable fees

 

Twilight Seminars booked through Eventbrite Ticketing

On line Payment Options

By MasterCard or VISA. Bookings will attract a small booking fee payable to Eventbrite.

Cancellations and Refunds

Whilst every effort is made to run our programs as advertised, unforseen reasons may require us to cancel or postpone a course. In these circumstances a full refund (minus any booking fees) may be made or you may be offered a place in a future course.

A refund of your ticket cost (minus 20% of ticket cost) will be made if you cancel three (3) full  working days or more before the day of the course.

We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received fewer than three (3) full  working days before a day of the course when booking through Eventbrite Ticketing.

Events not booked through Eventbrite Ticketing, which require manual invoicing, will attract a $5 processing fee per ticket.
